Web Hosting Add-Ons
The following products can be added to your hosting account for the prices listed below.
Disk Space:
Should your disk space usage exceed your plan's allotted amount, you will automatically
be billed $1 per 1.0 MB overage per month. Additional disk space is available at a package rate: 100MB for $3/mo and 500MB for $10/mo
Data Transfer:
Should your data transfer usage exceed your plan's allotted amount, you will automatically
be billed $3 per 0.5 GB overage per month. Additional data transfer is available at a package rate: 20GB for $5/mo and 100GB for $15/mo
POP3 E-mail Accounts:
Additional accounts can be purchased in blocks of 50 accounts for $10 per block per month or 100 accounts for $15 per month. There
is also a $5 setup fee accessed each time we add or subtract POP3 e-mail accounts from your hosting account.
Pointer Domains:
Pointer domains pointing to the root level of your hosting account are a setup
fee of $10 each. Should you want your new domain to point to its own web site, you will need to sign up
that domain for a hosting plan. See our hosting plan prices here.
Domain Switch:
To switch a pointer domain with a primary domain on an account, there is a $15 setup fee accessed. When
switching domains, your e-mail will be reset and will be going to the new domain. You will then need to recreate your
e-mail settings on your new domain. (E-mail can only go to your primary domain).
Subdomains:
Subdomains (acting as a pointer domain) are a one-time setup fee of $10 each. Tivilon must host
the primary domain of the subdomain, before we can set it up. Subdomains pointing to their own web site will
need their own hosting plan. See our hosting plan prices here. (If the subdomain will
point off of the Tivilon network, there is a one-time setup fee of $5 each).
Offline & Complex Technical Support:
We offer billable technical support to our customers at $50 per hour
for telephone or complex (dedicated) server support. This is billable in 15-minute increments, minimum
15-minute charge.
Personal Secure Certificate:
With Tivilon's Bronze E-commerce hosting plan, you can opt to use a personalized
secure certificate, at an additional cost. That means, instead of
using Tivilon's shared secure certificate (utilizing Tivilon's domain name), you can get a secure certificate
that only your web site can use. It will not be shared among other Tivilon clients, and it will utilize your domain name.
Getting a secure certificate of your own is required on managed hosting servers but is optional on Tivilon's
shared hosting server. It can enhance your company's credibility and trust from consumers.
Tivilon is partnered with the lowest-cost, but highly-credible, name in web site security. Our
partnership with Thawte enables us to pass big savings onto you.

With Tivilon's pricing you get up to 45% off for an IDENTICAL product/service!
We recommend starting the renewal process up to 30 days prior to the expiration
of your current certificate. Your new certificate may overlap your current
certificate by as many as 30 days. Your new expiration date will be 365 days from
the expiration date of your current certificate. Thus, there is no penalty for renewing early.
