Reseller Program
As a Tivilon Reseller (1), you can brand
Tivilon solutions (2) as
your own. Your client views your company as the sole provider of Tivilon's solutions,
and has no direct interaction with Tivilon. As a Tivilon Reseller, you
are able to broaden your solutions offering without incurring many of the overhead costs
that come with new product implementation.
With this program, Tivilon is transparent to your customer. Your company becomes
responsible for project management/coordination, marketing, billing, and any other
customer-facing roles. With that said, Tivilon offers you a 5% discount for the work you perform
(your value added). Additionally, you can take our project quote, tack your own rates on to it, and
turn around a final price that you believe the customer will accept. You have unlimited
earning potential!

To get started, you'll need to print out, review the conditions of, fill out,
and sign our Reseller Program Agreement. Then,

What's Next?
Once Tivilon receives your signed contract, you'll be notified via e-mail or fax that you have been accepted
into the program. (3) Then, when you get a lead,
simply provide all necessary details to Tivilon (we can give you more information
after you sign the agreement), and we'll send you a free quote by the end of the following business day. Once
you receive our quote, you can tack on your time, rates, etc., move it into your company's quote form, and send it
back to client.

Legal Lingo
The Tivilon Reseller program is subject to the terms of our Customer Payment & Adjusted Rates Policy. By participating
in the program, you agree to be bound by this policy and agreement.
(1) Note: You must be a current and paying Tivilon customer to remain in the Tivilon Reseller program. Should we have a problem collecting on your account,
you may be disqualified from this program. Tivilon reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Tivilon Reseller program
at any time with or without reason.
(2) Tivilon Reseller is currently unavailable for Tivilon's hosting product line.
(3) Signing the contract does not automatically grant you access to the Tivilon Reseller program. Tivilon will
review all stipulations and contact you with the approval/decline.
